Please join us as Dr. Rachel C. Orleck teaches us the basics of EFT. 

Dr. Orleck has a private practice in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle working with couples and individuals. She is extensively trained in EFT and offers consultation to other therapists looking to improve their couples counseling skills. You can read more about Dr. Orleck here.

Please join us for a presentation on fundamental concepts in non-monogamy. Learn about various relationship structures, and how to ethically work with couples and individual clients in therapy.

Kai Scantlin is a clinical psychologist practicing in Seattle, WA. Kai works extensively with individuals in the queer, poly, and kink communities, and specializes in life transitions; grief and loss; and sexual trauma. Kai primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and emphasizes individual agency and empowerment with all clients.

Kate L Stewart, MA LMHC will present on the research showing that clients want to talk about sex, how to start the conversation about sex, and what topics specifically to ask and talk about. We will cover sexual health and STD testing, coaching clients on discussing sex with partners, setting a sex-positive tone for therapy, among other topics.

Kate is a psychotherapist, author, educator, dating coach and sex therapist in private practice at Modern Therapy Seattle. She focuses on working with individuals and couples through the relationship lifecycle. Kate is the owner of Modern Therapy Seattle and the President of Sex Positive Washington.
